Christina Stalnaker is a dedicated Yoga and Meditation Teacher who bridges ancient wisdom with modern living. With over 1,000 hours of specialized training, 7 years teaching, and 15 years of personal practice, she brings depth and authenticity to every session.

Her journey has taken her from the forests of Idaho to the spiritual heart of Rishikesh, India, where she studied with Master Yogis. Christina's expertise spans Meditation, Kriya yoga, Restorative practices, Somatic Intuitive Healing, and Yoga Psychology.

What sets Christina apart is her ability to make profound practices accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience level. Her online sessions create the same nurturing, transformative space that she cultivates in her nature immersive retreats and in-person classes.

Q: Do I need previous yoga or meditation experience?

A: Not at all! Our classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, with modifications provided for every practice.

Q: What if I can't attend the live sessions?

A: All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours in your member portal. Practice whenever works best for you!

Q: How much time do I need to commit?

A: Our live sessions are 60 minutes, but your membership gives you access to practices of various lengths. Even 10 minutes of mindfulness can make a difference.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

A: If your membership is month-to-month then no long-term commitment required and you can cancel at anytime. Memberships will not be prorated. Those with an annual subscription are committed for the full year of membership.

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: Just a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an internet connection. Some practices may suggest props like blocks or blankets, but modifications are always offered.
